The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and they even prepared a delicious BBQ dinner for us. The location was perfect, with the hotel being conveniently situated in the heart of the town. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the facilities provided were top-notch. The bungalow was really spacious and had a cozy feel to it. The heating facility was a big bonus, especially during the chilly nights in Nuwara Eliya. The dining area was perfect for enjoying meals with my travel companions. The large living room was a great place to relax and unwind after a long day of exploring. And having a kitchen equipped with a refrigerator and stovetop made it convenient for preparing snacks and drinks.
I personally didn't fancy the bathtub in the en suite bathroom. But hey, that's just my preference and others might still enjoy it.

We had a fantastic time during our New Year's stay. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The food was excellent, especially the BBQ dinner. The location was perfect, with convenient access to town and lovely gardens to explore. We also enjoyed the spacious and well-appointed rooms, with stunning views of the surroundings. it was a memorable experience.
One small downside was that the water in the shower was sometimes not hot enough. However, this was a minor issue and did not significantly affect our stay.
